A few months before the Viper Winter Festival took place in 1100AF. A lose group of people decided on helping each other out for their own collective mutual benefit.

Just after the Convocation of the Guilds 1101AF, Nargrim an Acolyte of Sithis re-organises the Bakura and appoints a Bakura council - Heckram as Mazuron, Kesh Tal as Incarada and Talon Whitefire as Ha'elra with Nargrim himself as head of the group. But they still decided to keep a low profile.

Before the Heartland Games 1101AF, Nargrim goes adventuring with Legion. Hoping to bring the two groups closer together he agrees to perform some rituals for Legion at the Moot and Gathering.

Just after the first Moot 1101AF (Viper Moot), Nargrim makes the Bakura publically and officaly known as a new group.

Due to certain policies Nargrim wished to implement an uprising against him occurred, he is forced from power and expelled from the group. Kesh Tal then gained control of the group.

During the Gathering 1101AF, The Ha'elra Talon Whitefire successfully negotiates the Bakura joining into the Queens Own alliance in the Vipers.

At the Council of Sand 1101AF near Maurabia, Bakura members in attendance receive word that Kesh Tal is missing in action during the fighting in the North Isle.

A few days latter The Bakura council meet and choose Talon Whitefire to head the Bakura as Grand Luminary.

During the Viper Winter Parliament 1101AF, Grand Luminary Talon Whitefire successfully negotiates for lands for the Bakura. The Lord Regent Caine grants to them territory to the north of Aachen.

Also during this time Corsair joins the Bakura and latter Talon Whitefire appoints him as the new Ha'lera

A month after the Viper Winter Parliament Kesh Tal is rumoured to be still alive, if so will he try to regain control?
